Prior to your arrival
Enquiries and reservations may be made by phone, email or fax. Please advice our team, if you have any special requirements in regards to food, room layout or extra equipment.
Should you require a taxi to or from the Skipton Train Station we have couple of local companies that offer vehicles suitable for wheelchairs, if required.

On arrival at the hotel
We have one parking space on each side of the building that can be used for disabled parking (clearly marked) provided the car has a disabled parking pass. Entrance to the hotel is above street level and can be accessed by a wheelchair via ramp.
We are more than happy to help you with your luggage and will collect it from your car and deliver it to your room
Reception Area
The floor is a mixture of carpet and stone and is suitable for wheelchairs.
A low level desk is available for registration.
Reception is all on one level.
Two lifts are available to the guest bedrooms, and conference and banqueting facilities. Leisure club is accessible from the outside. We do not have a chair lift for access to the pool
Public Areas
Our corridors are well lit, carpeted and have no levels of incline.
Toilets
We have a designated disabled public toilet in the hotel located on the 1th floor (ground). We also have one disable bedroom with full access to the toilet which have been fitted with grab rails. (This is subject to hotel availability)
Fire Alarm
The fire alarm system is bells based and the only room that does have flashing lights is our disabled room. Assistance is given if evacuation is necessary, please notify reception on arrival. A fire alarm sounder test will take place each Friday at 3pm.
Restaurant and Function Rooms
There is ample movable seating in all the areas of the hotel.
All areas are well lit.
All our conference rooms are accessible by wheel chair.
Accommodation
Not all the bedrooms are accessible from the lift, with no stairs – please speak to reception to find out more.
Some of the bedrooms have ample room for a wheelchair user.
Additional information
Service dogs are welcome.
Small fridge can be put in the room on request, or medication can be stored in hotel main kitchen.
You are able to use the front door in the event of evacuation.
The alarm bells will ring continuously, if evacuation is needed.
