The Best Room in the House
This room is an ideal place to begin married life, celebrate an anniversary or just for a romantic break for two. With a fantastic sculpted double Jacuzzi bath you can relax in peace and tranquillity together. The unique purple, silver & black crushed velvet boudoir with its king size bed provides a private romantic space to enjoy. With features such as the simulated tropical rain shower and ceiling waterfall faucet bath, our new suite really is an escape from the world.Let us marry your vision with our service!

At The Rendezvous Hotel we realise that every wedding is unique; from the colour scheme to the lay-out, no two weddings are the same. We therefore offer a range of wedding options and settings which can be tailored to suite any requirement. All newlyweds are offered a complimentary suite, or you can choose to upgrade to the best room in the house.
The Rendezvous Hotel is a fully licensed wedding venue and we are able to offer Civil Ceremonies in any of our two licensed function suites. Your choices are our beautiful canal side conservatory overlooking the stunning Yorkshire Dales and the Winterburn Suite. The Baby Swan Conservatory overlooking the peaceful Leeds/Liverpool canal and stunning Yorkshire Dales, is the perfect location for a show stopping arrival by narrow boat or simply a stunning backdrop for your wedding photographs.
The Rendezvous Hotel has the solution to a Bride’s biggest worry – the weather! We provide perfect photography opportunities for good or not so good weather. Outside we have our canal setting with the unique swing bridge and natural woodland surrounded by picturesque views of the Yorkshire Dales bringing the focus onto the bridal party. Inside we have the double sided dividing staircase in our hospitality lounge boasting enough space to photograph your entire congregation.
Before you and your guests dine, the hotel’s spectacular terrace and roof garden is the perfect location for a champagne reception. After which, our Wedding Breakfast offers you fantastic home cooked food from our choice wedding menu, including themed menus to suite any style, for between 4 – 400 guests. From the grandeur of the Malham Ballroom to the peaceful and serene Baby Swan Restaurant & Conservatory, however large or small your guest list, we have the perfect setting for your special day.
The spacious ballroom has a capacity of up to 400 guests for your evening function, giving you plenty of room for you and your guests to celebrate into the night. For those looking for a smaller and more personal affair we have a selection of function suites to fulfill all requirements. After the celebrations come to an end you can relax knowing your guests are retiring to spacious en-suite bedrooms for a good night’s sleep while, as the newly married couple, you can take advantage of the Best Room in the House. The following day a traditional Yorkshire breakfast served in the conservatory or to your room will offer a peaceful start to married life and fill up your guests before everyone heads home, cherishing happy memories of your wonderful wedding.
Post Wedding Celebration
If you are planning on a wedding abroad, we provide the ideal venue to celebrate your marriage with all your friends and family when you return. Our ballroom is the largest in the Craven District, and with its dramatic balcony and beautiful marquee ceiling, it provides the ideal celebratory setting.

We do produce a basic ‘wedding pack’ but would stress that every event includes our bespoke service. We would prefer to discuss your individual personal preferences and make each wedding individual – like you are!
