We understand that you need the confidence and reassurance that everything is in hand. From the very start, and throughout the event itself, you will have one of our managers working with you, giving you that much needed peace of mind.
Here’s a summary of the spaces we can offer:
VIP Balconied Ballroom – up to 400 in theatre-style or 240 in dinner dance-style.
The finest ballroom in the area, and one of the largest (3,100 sq ft) in a privately-owned hotel in the north of England. There’s a private bar, VIP indoor balcony, cloakrooms, flexible staging, and an outside balcony (ideal for smokers).
Wharfedale Suite – up to 120 in cabaret-style and Winterburn Suite – up to 80 in cabaret-style).
Two delightful and practical spaces, each with a private bar.
Old Nursery Suite – up to 80 in theatre-style or 40 in dinner-style.
Ideal for meetings and small events.

Birthdays at the Rendezvous
The Rendezvous Hotel is an ideal place to celebrate a special occasion. With a choice of private dining rooms suitable for accommodating up to 300 guests and lounge area over two floors is available for drinks receptions.
The Conservatory Restaurant is ideal for lunch time parties for up to 80 guests, and the Malham Suite is ideal for larger day or evening parties for up to 300. We also have a selection of smaller private function rooms; please see our Conferences page.
If you’re looking for entertainment, cake or decorations, this can also be arranged. Please call to enquire about available options and prices.

We can accommodate award ceremonies, business anniversaries and retirement parties.
You only have one chance at launching your new product and on a day like that every little detail could decide over a failure or success. Your product launch day could be very stressful but it doesn’t have to be with help from our events team.
We understand that not only do you want the product you are presenting to be as close to perfection as possible, but that the setting and location where you conduct your ‘big reveal’ needs to be held to the same, equally high standards, and the importance of this cannot be understated.
Any of our rooms would be perfect for a product launch but for an added effect our Malham Suite (ballroom) would be the best – high celling, 3123 sq ft space, moveable stage, air conditioning, natural daylight and chandeliers suspended below a marque… you cannot ask for more.
Anniversaries at the Rendezvous
Are you looking to celebrate that special milestone anniversary, with friends and family (celebrate the love that brought you together) or you are simply looking for a place where both of you can get away for some quality time with each other?
Rendezvous Team has helped with hosting many anniversary celebrations for over past 20 years. With 80 en-suite bedrooms (including large family rooms), elegant conservatory restaurant available to host a ceremony and a choice of private dining rooms for an intimate meal and celebration, Rendezvous Hotel is the best place for any occasion.

Kids parties and baby showers at the Rendezvous Hotel
The Rendezvous Hotel is the ideal venue to host your child’s birthday party. With private rooms suitable for parties between 15-100 there’s plenty of space for your little ones to let off steam. Prices start from as little as £100 including room hire & party food. You can provide your own entertainment, cake & party bags. There’s even bar facilities on hand for the adults too. The hospitality lounge is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxed environment for the mum to be & her guests. Alternatively private function rooms are available to hire from £25. Renewal of Vows
Have you been thinking about renewing your wedding vows & reliving your big day with family & Friends?
If so the Rendezvous Hotel is the perfect place to reaffirm your love for one another & say “I Do” all over again just the way you want to.
A wedding vow renewal ceremony is not legally binding so you can have complete freedom to personalize the event as you wish. The ceremony itself can be conducted by the local Registrars or you can ask a friend or family member to carry out the service for you.

Christenings at the Rendezvous
The Rendezvous Hotel is a wonderful setting to hold your Christening or Naming Ceremony.
All of us at The Rendezvous would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on the Birth of your child and extend our very best wishes for your future.
We offer a unique and comfortable private dining area for your guests to enjoy after a traditional Christening at Church or Naming Ceremony. The Rendezvous also holds a full Civil License making it perfect civil wedding ceremonies.
Often a more informal style of catering is preferred for such events. With this in mind, our team of chefs have created a selection of buffets and other light menus. As with all of our packages, these menus are meant only as a guide and we will gladly alter your selected menu to suit your individual requirements. If you would prefer a different style of menu simply give us a call. It is often more suitable to cater for children’s tastes separately. We have buffet menu which can be served in addition to the main selection.
A private bar for your guests is available in the Wharfedale and Malham Suite.
The costs of each celebration vary, as they are tailor-made to your individual needs.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your help in organising the gathering to celebrate our son’s christening on Sunday.

Family reunions at The Rendezvous Hotel give you the chance to spend quality time together while giving everyone the space to do what they love. Children and adults can enjoy warm water of our swimming pool while their older siblings could enjoy the pool table and larger hospitality lounge where they can get some space away from the parents. All our facilities give grown-ups time alone to enjoy sauna, steam room, whirlpool bath or few social drinks in the bar. If this is not enough you can take advantage of all that Skipton has to offer, like canal boat trips perfect for all ages or Skipton Castle with its history and kids friendly activities.
